If somebody wants to get a very good&quick but not deep overview about
toolbox programming, he may try 'The Apple II gs Toolbox revealed' by
Danny Goodman/ Bantam Books.

From there, the Addison/Wesley Books are a good guide. The following
tree is the recommended order for them (depending on what you want
to learn)
