    As I mentioned in an earlier post, a better solution would be to 
mix the 320 and 640 mode on the same screen (which HyperStudio does
support). That way you can have a 320 mode graphic, in greyscale or 
even 256 colors, appear on screen with sharp, readable 80 columns of 
text just below it. The text will always have to be above _or_ below
the graphic(s) of course, since your doing this on a per scanline
basis and works much the same way as if using multiple palettes.
