I hope these commands are for the same game.  My notes on this game
are a little old.  I remember this game being very slow when redrawing
the game map.  Thankfully under emulation it can be sped up.
The list of commands for Global Thermonuclear War:

DISPLAY BASES 
DISPLAY TARGETS
DISPLAY MISSILES
DISPLAY AIRCRAFT

DEFINE STRIKE
INCLUDE
NEXT

CLEAR DISPLAY
REPORT ATTACK STATUS
REPORT WAR STATUS
LAUNCH STRIKE
SURRENDER

CONTROL - A,S,W,Z to move the cursor left, right, up, down.

Only the first four letters of each word needs to be typed (DEFI STRI
 instead of DEFINE STRIKE)
