Larry works 4 PM - 12:30 PM on his real job so the best time to
call him is 10:00AM Chicago time.

If you write:

Give your computer, interface, Sider serial number and any other
facts that seem relevant.

The best of all possible worlds is if Larry can save your data and
upgrade you from a 10Meg to a 40Meg sider at the same time! He did
it for me and I'm a very happy customer!
