Not too much has changed since last because spring break of one week is just not enough time to do anything serious besides rebuilding almost from scratch after a fateful star passed over my hard drive and wiped out certain important build files, and gutting the main code to reintegrate stuff after kludging for a while. ;-) This game (NOT DEMO) is freeware so please distribute as far as wide as possible, but give me credit, no? Thanks to all the people who shown interest in this project. Changes: Debugged and defanged because there were so many bugs in the previous release that I couldn't believe it actually even worked the way it did. Ship 2's fusion blaster now works so you can shoot against each other now, the joystick is stable now although ship response is still too sensitive (keyboard & joystick). Some changes to the internal sprite driver code (thanks Toshi) and stopped syncing to vblank when updating the screen (hi Rich and Al). This results in less smooth but faster graphics. Oh well. I had planned for exploding ships, but gutting and debugging took longer than expected. Thank God for GSBug and NiftyList. Well, enjoy.
