       @ariadne the fact there is even a yes % is most likely a misunderstanding. The reason all companies have processes that mandate disclosure of conflicts of interest and require this conflict is sufficiently mitigated is because it is a mechanism that protects the group from foreign interference and interests. If you don’t disclose that then you made a choice to support the unmanaged conflict, the mature thing is to evaluate formally.If someone is against that they are free to stop interacting and leave as they clearly do not want to deal with this process, and this is a binary decision. The arguments come after the conflict is established and are going to be on the how to deal with the conflict effects.
