       @celesteh @omgubuntu Yeah, that sucks. Actually I have had quite a similar experience living abroad without being able to get the ID that every authority expects you to have...In case I was misunderstood here, I am obviously not a supporter of ID verification requirements to use your phone, I just think the number of people who wouldn't be able to meet any of them (credit cards is just one option) is being over-hyped.
