       Homes could be so much cheaper and smaller and we wouldn't have a loneliness epidemic if we had really nice community laundromats, cafeterias, bathhouses, salons, gyms, and garden allotments within a 15 minute walk of our homes and no goddamn cars.

       Living in an area with a forestry industry, I feel like biochar made from local feedstock should be widely available and relatively cheap. Instead it's sold in quart baggies for like $40 and has unclear sourcing.
