       Someone said about AI "it's a tool; we're not banning knives because some use them to kill people, right?". My reply "Great question! [to mimic], but WRONG. Knives are quite regulated, and (contrary to AI !) are used much much more for good things like preparing food, cutting insulation to fit and surgeons saving people/animals and when stabbings go up extra measures are quickly put in place.
