       @haubles I found it most fascinating that he kept talking about a "bigger tent", and didn't even engage the argument that mastodon simply is NOT a single tent, neither big nor small. It is a campground with many tents of varying sizes, each on with own rules and community.He also completely disregards the fact that many people came to mastodon specifically to escape the relentless onslaught of AI (content and functions) being forced into literally every other platform.

       @Codeberg As a supporting member, I have 3 comments:1. When I signed up, I wasn't fully aware about this distinction. I was under the impression that "active" meant getting actively involved in everyday activity of the e.V.2. I looked through my account, but didn't find any indicator as to what kind of member I am.3. I've read that a supporting membership can be changed to an active one, but no clear information about how to do so.
