       I've been trying to find a solution to a problem I have on linux, and I'm not sure if it's doable.I would like to run two different compositor on two different monitors.one being gnome on my monitor and the other gamescope (for steam) on my tv.But I haven't found any resource on this, right now I'm just running each in a different tty and it works but it's not optimal.I just want to use my regular desktop pc for couch gaming

       I've upgraded my pc last year with an aftermarket graphics card after years of not playing on pc, mostly to play on my tvBut my computer is still at my desk, and still a regular computer, I have a long, 12m, hdmi cable (that could be a tad shorter running from it to the tv)But what I miss currently is usb ?Like to plug non wireless controllers, arcade sticks most notably as I like to play shmups But I haven't found anything other than expensive powered cable, any idea ?
