ActivityPub developer guide is available on Codeberg Pages:https://ap-next.codeberg.page/ap-next/guide.htmlI did that mainly to experiment with the stack:- Marmite, a static site generator written in Rust. Not perfect, but it's the only one that just worked and didn't make me change the directory layout or add extra information to markdown files.- New Codeberg Pages service, which uses git-pages instead of the deprecated pages-server.- Forgejo Actions, which came out of beta recently. 1. I find the use of attributedTo here confusing, because normally this property is used to indicate who owns an object or a collection, and its value is an actor. I am aware that attributedTo is used in a similar way in FEP-1b12, but it would be better to introduce a new property (administrators) instead of continuing to abuse attributedTo.2. You say that your FEP supersedes the same-origin assumption described in FEP-fe34, but I think it describes a reciprocal claim, also described in FEP-fe34: https://codeberg.org/fediverse/fep/src/branch/main/fep/fe34/fep-fe34.md#reciprocal-claims. I suggest clarifying which aspect of FEP-fe34 is being superseded.3. In the section "Security and Authorization" you say "authenticity" but what actually is being verified is a permission.4. The entire problem of non-same-actor updates and deletes can be avoided by using different activities. For example, Update can be replaced with an annotation activity. Delete can be replaced with Remove (from thread).5. FEP links lead to w3id.org site, not directly to FEPs.

I considered Nostr back in 2023 but now it's too late, because I designed a protocol that I believe is better than Nostr, and its backward compatible with Fediverse (so it inherits its network effects).

I've been reviewing the new FEP from the Mastodon team today, and one thing that caught my attention is the use of Accept and Reject activities for managing approvals. Another day, someone proposed to use Follow activity for "watching a thread".So now, when you receive a standard activity, you need to use increasingly complicated heuristics to figure out what the activity does, because it is not possible to infer that from its type anymore.This has to stop. I think we need to start giving our activities better names.#ActivityPub
