       @cosine Back before the T had any online data or tools based on it, I started keeping a log of when I left my house, when I arrived at the bus stop, when the next bus showed up, how full it was at destination (it was a 3xx Express into Boston), and what time it arrived in Boston. Later I was able to add bus and operator numbers. I could calculate seasonal differences in walk times, how close the published times were to everyday(s) reality, and more. Fellow passengers would ask me questions 😂

       @davidrevoy Sorry about our weird language. In your defence, you could say "I was ignorant of the situation" and it would mean that you didn't know, not that you were "ignoring" it, which would mean that you were actively choosing to not pay attention to it.
