       @hardpenguin13 It's actually pros who are the minority, on average ~13% of a country's population is pro ai, then I think it's ~28% are anti ai, and the rest are more against than for but not anti ai

       @ska I've always opposed copyright as a concept(still use copyleft licenses on my stuff for my protection), so after capitalism is done with I'm all for dropping the license system and sharing freely. But until then, I use it because it helps me. And if you want a permissive copyleft license then use CC BY-SA, as long as someone uses the exact same license and they give you attribution they can do whatever.@dalias @ariadne

       @ariadne The ai bros are making my point for me like come on! If you don't know, and why would you, I'm a biological computing fanboy(fancreature? idk what the neutral for that is).  After the inevitable failure of capitalism we should replace the datacentres with big warehouses of neuron dish arrays. They have all the so claimed benefits of genai(which aren't actually going to come from it) with significantly less cons, they're cheaper, more efficient, are capable of learning, can make intelligent decisions, and more. We've even gotten a BC device (probably) smaller than your phone to play DOOM, which hasn't been done with the datacentres that ai companies have.

       @ariadne That's also why llms make commentslop, as I have so hatingly coined, where it just explains what the code does instead of why it does it. Don't make commentslop, my fellow humans, if you can't tell what code does just by reading it then it's probably bad code. LEAVE MEANINGFUL COMMENTS!
