       Well, a civilization died tonight.It was ours. Congress didn't step up and stop him. No one in power invoked the 25th Amendment to remove him. We failed, utterly, as a civilization.

       @davidrevoy This is happening to almost every creator. A lot of those accounts are AI bots, off to sow confusion and doubt by claiming any real art - real creativity - is AI.The fact that AI is trained on our stolen works means that it will detect our creative efforts as AI... and therefore makes AI useless for detecting AI.The tech bros who love AI want to - very literally - destroy any real creativity in favor of their fake slop.Then they pretend to be offended when we say we hate AI.

       @davidrevoy I've seen this happen to so many artists and writers now... I want to burn down every "AI" datacenter and make the tech bros live in the burnt out remains with nothing but the ashes of their computers to eat.

       @davidrevoy @gaditb It's happening to lots of writers. Some forums are nothing but people claiming they put writing through an "AI detector" and the writing is obviously AI. It's soul-crushing, as you well know.The other major group of people getting hit by this, ironically, are computer programmers. People who actually know how to code are being told their code is AI generated even when it's absolutely obvious it's not.Anyone who creates is damaged by AI - even if they don't use it.
