       PSA: Smoking is bad for you. Not only does it leave lasting damage and kill you in the long run, it progressively impairs your physical and mental function. Good luck trying to run from a threat when your smoke-filled lungs give out and your dampened endurance gives up, leaving you out of breath and collapsed on the ground. Good luck coming up with an escape plan using your heavy metal damaged brain cells.

       @ripperdoll apologies, I just imagine hardline smokers as low-lifes susceptible to being prey, excuse my prejudiced assumption. A proper human is an apex predator. And what does a predator need to do? Hunt. What does a good hunter *not* do? Smoke. Now, you say you're a hedonist. Hedonists live to have fun, correct? Which is more fun, smoking or hunting?

       @nyx uh it's not about addiction it's about impairment and damage. any amount of harmful substance (especially if smoked) is going to cause damage. alcohol? inherently damaging. weed? contains heavy metals and pesticides which are inherently damaging. tobacco? same thing.
