Some of the issues us privacy people complain about may appear rather insignificant to you. I get that.But please let me invite you to a different perspective: As we are currently setting a lot of precedents regarding data privacy rights, how we are handling the small issues today will have an effect on how we will deal with big problems tomorrow. That is why you should care about violations of your privacy, even if they don‘t seem like much today. Because tomorrow, they might.—#privacy #GDPR

I hate listening to my (fortunately not immediate) desk neighbors vibe-planning their entire start up!Not just because I'm afraid of secondary brain rot (which I am), but because in my mind's eye, I can see gallons of water evaporating while they prompt even the tiniest question that comes up into their abominable slop machine.I wonder whether this would qualify my noise cancelling headphones as personal protective equipment for tax purposes?--#StopTheSlop #CoWorkingSpace

The money you waste on those harmful slop machines will not earn you a medal here.Maybe try to protect the EU's citizens against the very technology you are hyping. It costs less, values actual humans more than corporations, and may even get you some applause on the Fediverse.

@EUCommission So the Digital Omnibus is off the table? If not, your post is a blatant lie!The Digital Omnibus puts business interests before our rights as humans. Your sugarcoating won't change that! The people who are most enthusiastic about the slop machines are those who are trying to extract money by building or using them. The rest of us has to deal with the fallout somehow while others reap the benefits (in fictional valuations, not actual profits, mind you).The technology is a failure. What is keeping it alive is tech bro fanaticism pairedwith capitalist sociopathy.
