       @mntmn There are also some medications for which "word finding" difficulty is a side effect. I take a med for migraine prevention that has this property. Every now and then I have enormous difficulty finding the correct word for something. I'll have a similar but incorrect word, or I'll just have to settle with "thing" if I'm trying to name an object.It's very irritating. However, I think it was a problem the med has only made worse.
