       Interesting to think that Donald Trump may have, completely inadvertently and at a horrific cost, finally woken up the world to how urgent it is we get off our dangerous addiction to fossil fuels.Electrify everything. Ban the production of gasoline-powered vehicles.Tax oil companies dry.Subsidize all renewables and EVs.

       These graphs show the total collapse of snowpack numbers for California over the past few weeks (dark blue line), along with the average snowpack (light blue area), for the state, and northern/central/southern California. California snowpack is now at only 27% of normal, as heat waves have turned the little #snow California received to #water or vapor.#climatechange

       Let me be explicit. The massive heat waves we're seeing around the world more extreme and frequent due to human-caused #climatechange. And these heat waves are going to continue to worsen because of our failure to reduce carbon pollution. Just one of the many costs of #climate change.
