       @azonenberg my college calculus class did something similar with a ten-question, somewhat tightly timed, open notes "integration quiz". You'd take it repeatedly (different problems each time, of course) with no penalty, and the professor strongly recommended repeating it until you got at least 90%. It was a self-scheduled "office hours" quiz, so there wasn't as much social pressure as doing it as a single big group, and I think it worked well.

       @lethalbit Akromils sells a few eurobox sizes as "straight wall containers": e.g. product 37688 is a 60cm by 40cm by 20cm eurobox tote. You can get them on amazon for only moderate mark-up

       @lethalbit FWIW I built a bunch of my office furniture from 3030 aluminum extrusion and it would tick a lot of your boxes. I build everything around a 50cm distance between legs (and thus a 56cm depth overall), and I made up some rack ears to fit 19" equipment in. Making one of the back legs absurdly long let me attach a 50W (actual) light and I'm putting a few eurobin 'shelves' under my workbench as soon as parts ship in this weekend

       @lethalbit For extrusion, using gusset plates rather than the little cast brackets helps a lot with heavy loads. You could switch to 3060/4080 for the long spanning pieces, to further cut down on flexing. If you've just been looking at Amazon or AliExpress, Misumi or Zyltech usually have better prices if you're stateside, though tariffs have definitely hit prices pretty hard
