       @pointlessone @galtzo thanks this is very helpful. Yeah I am a peacetime leader. Mostly i avoid unnecessary conflict but some guys/gals tend to show power instead of actually contributing to solve problems / tasks. But seems like i will exercise your suggestion. “Fuck it we ball” no money earned in toxic environment; because it actually cost psychiatric/psychologist for me to recover from toxic environment.        @pointlessone @galtzo if “fuck it we ball” mentality can be applied in today’s economy. I am looking at those layoff numbers, wars, incompetent leaders, etc. So, i am little bit afraid of not having income if i pursuing my sanity (“fuck it we ball”, I don’t allow you to bully me, either you change your behavior or I leave).
