       @josh I feel like the roles of service and customer have reversed, while there was a time where competent people would work on customer facing roles that time is long gone, it is now the customer's job to spend time and go after support to get their shit working as opposed to some wagie going after you to keep your money coming in. Point is, I think competent people, which are already a minority, simply don't interact with each other as much anymore.
