       @fsfe When I bought my last laptop (Acer) about a decade ago, I specifically went for cheap 17" one (Aspire 5 series), and it came with FreeDOS preinstalled (I installed Debian GNU/Linux on it for actual use, but avoided the #WindowsTax).  Still works (had one keyboard replacement, which was painful), although the bloat is catching up on it (forced tab unloading in Firefox helps a lot, though!)#SoftwareFreedom #FreeDOS
