       @lritter depends on how you define corruption but a lack of psychological safety can do the same - competent employees are the first to jump ship because they have more options

       @lritter but there may be somewhat of a just-world fallacy here: many companies are psychologically unsafe but are successful** anyways, e.g. Amazon, SpaceX** even if not keeping talent
