But given the particular shape of that issue, might only muting the instance from your personal account be more appropriate?One problem with defederating is some treehouse members might want to federate *into* bluesky. And having bridge support complete complete is nice because it allows things like threads, QRTs, RTs to pass bidi over the bridge.Trying not to express a specific opinion here.

       @ariadne on a semi related note, microsoft released this awhile backhttps://github.com/microsoft/liteboxA ground up Rust OS designed for Linux kernel compatibility, with minimalist design.This would be a fantastic basis for a post-Linux OS for people who don't want to use Linux now that it includes slopcode... except it was made by Microsoft, and was made during the period of Copilot internal mandates, and accepts unlabeled AI commits per the code of conduct, and has Claude contributions.

       @ariadne The user is following suspiciously close to the number of users that you get if you click every recommended account on the mastodon.social new account flow, a thing that feels more like robot than human behavior to me (and they do seem to be following about 40 m.s users). This seems like evidence that well fits the bot theory. Though I don't know what gets you on the bot network's radar from there.

       @ariadne @whitequark It would have the effect of just emphasizing the existing weights further, right?What happens if you just double the weights without retraining? Like surely there's a way when interpreting the weights to just say "whatever the weights, square them"? Do results get worse? Better?
