       @tj for sauce use a bottle of franks hot sauce, simmer on low in the stove and add a tablespoon or two of butter. Let it reduce by 1/3 or so, then toss the wings in the sauce. The simmering and butter help mellow the spice and make it so it doesn’t linger after you swallow.Tossing the wings gas in flour or corn starch for crispness is also a great idea.

       @tj the smell was related to the two aborted takeoffs that plane did earlier. The urgent check was in case there was fire, the flight crew preferred to evacuate to a terminal rather than the tarmac
