These little monsters just teleport between their hiding spots. Someone was cleaning up and they seemed disturbed. I wonder when they will get more relaxed so it's possible to just watch them dig around their place or do fennec-y things. Well I guess being hyper is a fennec thing.#Fennec #Fox

Well yeah, Amazon killed most online shops here. I wonder why…I needed a new vacuum cleaner because the old was falling apart after ten years or so. Let's specifically pick one Made in EU this time. And from a German company. And even better, order from their own online shop!Done, and done. I could even pay with SEPA! They currently have a -20% promotion. And a special price on a quite good one. Things went too smoothly.The first odd thing, my order didn't have a billing nor shipping address. But the mails did. Oh well, probably fine. :neofoxpatwoozy:They spammed me with status updates. Confirmed. Paid. About to ship. Shipped. \o/Then, radio silence. Never got a tracking or anything but the status "shipped", according to the mail, means they will hand it to a parcel service in the next days. Fine, more waiting. Becoming slower than Amazon now.Today I had a letter in my mailbox, yeah the oldschool paper ones! The amount paid was credited back to my payment method. And the vacuum now costs ~50% more on the website. Right.Current status: this letter, a product in my online shop account marked as shipped and order completed, the product registered for extended warranty, which was done automatically.I bow down to this chain of events. I couldn't have created a better chaos. And I know about chaos!My guess: the price was listed wrong and they refused to send it for the incorrect one so they just internally refunded the payment but had no idea how to remove the item from my account. I am sure the online shop cost at least 250 million €. And 60 million per year.

I'm mentally tired of this world. I've ordered the vacuum on 3.5. and got a shipping confirmation on 6.5. On the 11th I've written to their support and again today. I have received absolutely zero correspondence from them. Whether it's an error or confirmation that the order was canceled or whatever.Now I would say "fuck you, I'm going somewhere else". But the main issue is that only the manufacturer shop has it for such a low price and combined with the -20% makes it like 100€ cheaper than any other.Bosch/BSH certainly won the price for the worst online shop I've ever seen. It's kinda on the exact level as scam shops because they ignore you. And I've yet to see proof they will give me an actual product.
