With this context:>They know that most of their customers aren't familiar with how legal process actually works..It's very difficult to assume what the customers of an internationally working company know.        @AzulCrescent I think the difference between sarcasm and irony is that sarcasm is passive-agressive, while irony is generally inclusive.But yeah, back when I was still doing dating profiles I wondered why nobody was into humour, and everyone was into sarcasm. That's a red flag, and not the good kind.

       @gamingonlinux A bit concerning for the company how much of the reasons were related to Fortnight. It can't be healthy to put almost all of your money on one pony.Secondarily, lowering wages and raising cost of living is leading to well-known results. It's just, that, well...
