       Okay, first off: hell yeah to public transportation workers.Unrelated:I offered my mailman a free box of Girl Scout cookies at the start of the season and told him I knew he was diabetic, but maybe he would like to bring it to a friend or family member?He told me he wasn’t “a practicing diabetic at the moment,” and cracked the Thin Mints open like a boss.

       (As for AGENTS.md, if someone is going to see the _existence_ of that file and nope out, that's on them, not you. Eventually I suspect most things will have this file, even if it's just there to tell AI agents to pound sand.)(Also, Claude Code currently only looks at CLAUDE.md, so be sure to have two copies of the same file, which is 100% infuriating. Come on, Anthropic!)

       @neal @matk I just read through the whole (THE WHOLE!) gitlab discussion about xdg-toplevel-icon, and I have to say I'm super-impressed with how Matthias handled it. Did smart work, took feedback, made the right compromises, and kept it calm and professional at all times.We need several dozen more people like him around.
