@beardalaxy @binkle Woah!> Steininger was a popular mayor, serving multiple terms, but in 1567, he met an ignominious end. On September 28 of that year, there was a large fire in the town that caused a general panic. Steininger usually kept his prodigious beard hair rolled up and stuffed in a pocket, but during the commotion he was running around with it hanging free. In the midst of the chaos, he managed to step on his own beard, sending him tumbling down a flight of stairs and breaking his neck. Killed by his own beard.

@mikuphile @WandererUber I'm always open to a better file manager. Started with Thunar, is would crash, nemo is a step up from that. And, nemo_actions are great. Instead of opening a terminal in the folder, I use context awareness to perform the desired actions on the files I most commonly use.

@WandererUber I thought more about what we talked about yesterday.I think the cd caching can be improved upon.That is, when the new terminal opens, it doesn't just default to the last cd made on system. Instead it prints the last 10, and waits for you to enter `,1-5, or q,w,e,r,t to choose which of the recent directories you want the new terminal to be at. (that should provide enough temporal history to usually have your desired path at your fingertips)I propose this under the notion that you would like to use the sway global hotkey as your primary terminal button. Could even do the kitty hotkey in addition for when you want to select a terminal, and duplicate it without thinking.
