       @EUCommission But thanks to the EU’s “fair use” law, continuous roaming is banned. Which effectively denies consumers the benefits of competition that we normally would expect to have in the EU.

       @EUCommission #Recycling should have a back seat to #REUSE.My Brussels municipality is actually an obstacle to reuse. They ban people dumping e-waste on the street -- which blocks neighbors from salvaging stuff. Then the e-waste goes to a protectionist corporation (“Recupel”) who repairs very little, and wastefully /recycles/ the materials. I have a dozen broken appliances I cannot get parts for b/c I am blocked. And the local parts dealer never has the parts I need.There is not a single junk yard in #Brussels. Effectively, no #rightToRepairDo better. Please.

       @EUCommission I can never follow your access-restricted short links, but with all that training I would like to know what percentage of it is training on #freeSoftware vs. the proportion being trained on commercial proprietary software.
