       @kuketzblog Warum genau sollte ich jetzt nochmal einen weiteren zentralisierten US-amerikanischen Messenger (Signal) installieren, wenn ich auch einfach WhatsApp für diese Kontakte verwenden kann?Matrix ist wenigstens ein europäisches Produkt und dezentral. Also eine klare Verbesserung.Bei Signal wüsste ich nicht, wie ich jemanden davon überzeugen soll, denn ich wüsste kein Argument für diesen Nischen-Messenger. "Nicht Facebook" ist für mich nicht ausreichend.

       @itsfoss As far as I understand it, ONLYOFFICE seems to use OOXML internally. ODF support seems to be achieved by converting the document to/from OOXML whenever opening or saving an ODF document, which results in compatibility issues.So, due to this architectural design, it might be more or less impossible for Euro-Office to switch to ODF as the default format.
