       @dangillmor Personally, I dun think the verification itself is the issue...The issue is how and what data is transferred and stored.If it was all just an attest that "yes, this person is indeed above 18" (not the exact birthdate  just 18+ or not 18+), there isn't that much that I'd personally argue against.It's the storing of the ID, name and other information that makes it shite.The service only needs to have the "yes/no" from a trusted provider... Nothing more.
