       @mntmn @hedders @neil @frameworkcomputer @bunnie they fit into the "linux hardware" part. I included them because they upstream support for their hardware in Linux, and are focused on modular laptop systems. they also have an ecosystem of modular open hardware USB-C extensions, and open hardware designs for their mainboards.

       @gamingonlinux @carlrichell thank you to everyone who helped push for these reforms to the age verification bills.ideally, age-verification at the OS-level, and the related push to age-verify everything should be abolished entirely. absent that, I am happy to hear news of these small victories

       @rustfoundation fucking **BOO**not surprising, immensely disappointing. why do these cancers on society continue to infect everything good in the world? tying the Rust Foundation to some of the biggest technofascists in the world was already disgusting enough with Amazon, Google, and Microsoft.this bubble cannot burst soon enough.
