I've been here for 3 years and Mastodon has become my favorite social network ever. I've met a lot of different people, laughed, learned and felt supported by real people. Mastodon has also been my gateway to the Fediverse in general. I'm planning to stick around. Thanks for everything 💕

Como los días de calor infernal se acercan, seguimos adaptando la casa para reducir el calor. No podemos poner nada permanente porque rentamos pero sí hemos puesto cosas que se quitan: arbustos y enredaderas en maceta para reducir el calor de las paredes, cubierta en el techo para reducir la radiación directa que llega al techo. #AdaptaciónClimatica #CambioClimatico #ClimateAdaptation

Europe is still under a heat dome. My 76 yo mom is visiting but alone in an appartement. The last couple of nights she was not ok and called me for help. I told her everything I knew and used the advice of a couple of threads here. That might have saved her life.
