       I love to hike the low mountains, the German Röhn a favorite. When I reach the top, my backpack often has the gear for #myHamHobby to "activate" that top.Once my station is up and running, I am in demand, via the #hamRadio #GMA https://cqgma.org/info02.php program. It happens several mountain collectors simultaneously want to work me, creating a "pile up", which is both stressful and exhilarating.A couple hours of radio fun later, I leave the place with well-rested legs and in an elevated mood.

       I praise "Landfrieden" as a major civilizatory breakthrough of medieval times.Before "Landfrieden", it was on the victim of a crime to persecute the criminal. Legal conflicts where settled via "feud", i.e., armed battle between the parties involved.It took the "Holy Roman Empire" roughly 500 years to establish Landfrieden as binding law. In 1495, to take the law into ones own hands became a crime.I think Landfrieden a basis for #RuleOfLaw.@HeavenlyPossum @MisuseCase

       I'm worried about the state of the #DARC: People are elected into all kinds of offices who are not eager to get the job to improve things, but just accept it so the show can go on. Also, there's never an alternative candidate, so never what can meaningfully be called a vote.Make me happy and tell me either of these two has been different in your case 🧵!Anyway...        Ich nutze seit Jahren eine eigene Domain mit Catchall und erfinde (nach einem Schema) eine eigenen Emailanschrift für jeden Verkäufer im Internet, genau wie @kuketzblog vorschlägt 🧵.Interessanter Nebeneffekt: Ich habe dadurch schon mehrfach Datenlecks nachweisen können, wenn an die spezifische Emailanschrift plötzlich Spam geschickt wird.Der Datenschutzbeauftragte eines deutschen Konzerns war mir dankbar, mit meiner Hilfe den Einbruch in seine Systeme zeitlich eingrenzen zu können.
