       @EUCommission The EU speaks of fighting poverty while the CDU, the German arm of the EPP currently dominating EU politics, pushes the harshest social rollback agenda in decades. It weakens freedom and security for ordinary citizens, drives poverty on an unprecedented scale, while Germany’s head of government attacks citizens instead of protecting them. Posts like this from the EUC only add insult to injury.
