       @ariadne couldn't agree more. i have fallen for the trope of having "extreme productivity" when using AI tools and only in the last week have decided to take a pause and reflect what its actually doing to the hardworking and honest part of my brain, the one that doesn't care about dopamine hits - and actually wants to exercise the craft I trained in.
