       So, Covid-cautious peeps: how do you handle it when the people in your orbit want sympathy for getting sick •again•.I just had this go-round again today with one of my coworkers, & I'm afraid I didn't handle it very well.        @rl_dane @thorstenzoeller @mwl <checks that wikipedia has an entry for 'grok'> Okay, good, I'm not •that• old....I came to the word backwards, bc it was an unremarkable part of my family's vocabulary when I was coming up, & it wasn't until I started reading #SciFi in my teens that I ran across the original coinage in SiaSL....
