       do not call the amblunace for me against my consenti do not consent to anyone calling tje ambulance on me in any situation. even if i am passed out bleeding out on the floor and all my ribcages are broken, do not call the ambulance on me, ever. if u do not know what to do if u see me injured, just do nothing. im sure it will heal itself eventually. just never call the ambulance pls

       i will probably not be doing too great for the next 5 days or so, depending on how GPN goes i may be feeling either abit better or extremely fucking awful to the point wjere i cannot hold conversations anymore afterdont expect me to be particularly mindful of what i say or have very balanced thought out takes, this is rlly fucking difficult when everytjing consistently has 500 times the intensity it normally does and u get constant auditory and visual hallucinations. if i lash out and say something mean or abusive please take it within the context that i am already feeling horrible as fuck and little things can rlly fuck u up when ur not in a clear state of mind. just pls remember i probably do not mean these things or have greatly overstated how much they actually effect me.this is not a preemptive excuse, there is no excuse for horrible behavior towards others and i will try my best not to lash out, i just do not have many adequate coping mechanisms at the moment and barely any methods of redirecting my brainworms into something productive for me, so theres a chance i may fail at controlling myself if my thoughts get too intense and say something mean, and its my responsibility to get better at dealing with myself. feel free to keep talking to me (actually pls do, im very fucking scared of abandonment), i wont stop posting i am too addicted to rotting on my phone for that, but take tjis as a PSA on my general state for the upcoming week or so
