       My bookcases are being delivered today. Much excite. Many nervous. Expect shouty people of muscle kind to bring in stuff. Expect comments about """art""" hanging on walls like teenager bedroom. Expect delivery to take 15 minutes but pain/hypervigilance to last several hours.
