       @mwl So I've now read the book. Actually I've worked through all the examples except the most complicated regexes (which was my threshold for "too lazy to type in"). Even in the simple examples that I already knew how they worked, I had fun.I knew how ed(1) works, but I have now a much more systematic knowledge. Worth the few bucks, definitely worth the time.And also ... I got this feeling for how people used to work with ed, how working with it actually works. I know I could do this.

       @Ricardus Dunno if the procedure has changed since last summer. Back when they removed the exception for small value packages, and put in all that bureaucracy, plus handling fees plus commissions on customs duties from the parcel companies ... for small companies it wasn't a question of "we don't want to" it was simply "we can't".When you have customers who wait months for customs and then having to pay 2-300$ fees on a 400$ order and they want you to solve the problem, it's not possible.

       @mwl I still remember that YA book I read (back then...), that suggested to use baseball bats to fight back against the bad kids at the school who carried knifes. I guess different times, definitely not very wholesome, but it was an interesting read.
