ive come to realize that my weight gain and loss is pretty closely correlated to my mental health. its almost impossible for me to lose or maintain weight if my mental health is low. whereas if my mental health is good, i lose weight without even trying

i bought a controller off of ebaythe controller should be able to split into two. but despite all the strength ive gained, i cant seem to split them apart when they should be splitting easily investigates :neocat_o_o: theres glue. they literally glued the two halves together. what the fuck?
