       @bikenite A8. I decided to take the long way home with my kid last night, and they were fine with that too. We were about 75 minutes from home by bike + transit, 75 minutes by just bike.I was tired, but it was a nice night ride and we had a chance to just chat, rolling on empty streets, mostly separated from car traffic. Here’s a photo of when we cross the bridge into Alameda from Bay Farm Island.We were treated to the twinkling lights of Oakland and then San Francisco in the distance and a little bit of stargazing.#BikeNite

       @xtaran @bikenite A1. Hello #BikeNite! I am in Oakland, CA today. Most of my lights are USB-rechargeable. I have a dynamo-powered light (front hub dynamo) but I don't use it too often. The light is fine but I don't have it permanently mounted. Because of the threat of theft, I used to remove that light every time I parked the bike. The wires fatigued over time and I had to go through multiple rounds of repair, use, and more repair.#BikeNite
