now you can minimize the call to "picture-in-picture" mode and, for example, play chess or other mini-games while talking as a more IRL experience! also you can switch between cameras, bring the phone to your ear in an audio call, etc.

some people seem to be offended by the usage of AI-generated content in the ArcaneChat social media account, guys, AI has been used in #ArcaneChat from its very conception:the welcome image when you just installed the app is AI generatedeven the app icon was ai-generatedAI is used to help developmentthat doesn't mean whatever random stuff gets added without careful review and lot manual work but:if you have some strict anti-AI policy on what you use, you are in the wrong place!

and even if the Delta Chat project died today, you would be able to keep using your #chatmail relay servers (or even just classic email servers) while when #Session goes down it seems the app will pretty much stop working properly, that doesn't sounds really decentralized

@alfonsucio it is a mini-app you send in the chats, ex. in a group of friends, then without needing any hosting or 3rd party service, you can have such a music "share music and stream together" service that only the members of the group can access and useit will be released in the mini-apps stores where several other mini-apps exist like collaborative text pads, collaborative to-do lists, shopping lists etc. you access the apps via attachment menu in ArcaneChat & DChttps://webxdc.org

@pancake why is it a separated topic???? it is clearly saying that the chatmail core is being founded and that core is being used by you in Parla, so in a way, yes, ArcaneChat and your client are being paid/supported by STF, you didn't have to write the whole core/business logic and could focus on making some UI, but the core is part of your app and it is being improved thanks to the mentioned founding, so I don't see what is the different topic here 🤔

@pancake in my opinion there is no mix of topic, it is fair that you want things clearer and I think that is the case already in the post since it says ArcaneChat et al. are not funded by that moneybut it is fair to mention the software that gets powered by that chatmail core because otherwise seeing as a separated thing people might think "ok who cares?" without realizing it is a fundamental part of several other projects that completely depend on it, so supporting it has way higher impact
