       Rocks as cliffs? I guess it works. Starts looking like rocks mostly if you let them hover (not building up at the base).Bought some IKEA paints I'll be testing. They seem to dry dull/matte. Not very good coverage and a little gel-like though.

       I've been playing a bit on my GBA SP recently. Remembering that the DS can also play GBA games, I booted it up, and it's so much worse ergonomically it's almost unusable. Tiny malplaced buttons, and the button presses don't always seem to take either (degradation?).The old gameboy form factor is popular in clones but the way the clamshell SP protects the screen from scratches while also angling it better towards the eyes is maybe preferable.

       @EUCommission As a hardware designer and occasional repairman I would much have preferred a few colour & size coded simple barrel jacks and not a needlessly complex clutterfk that costs more to make and probably comes with a bunch of risks like cable incompatibility, potential for malicious payloads when charging in the wild, and of course the increased difficulty of repair.

       Sigh. Put my laptop to sleep, realizing 1 second later that I hadn't saved the last 2 hours of work in my text document. Linux Mint has like a 1% chance of not waking up after sleep and of course it does it this time. Document gone. Documents gone, as I had tabs open. Wouldn't happen in Mac Textedit that autosaves. Should I attempt to reconstruct, or just abandon the project altogether?
