       @ariadne as an aside, any tips for navigating the job market if you’re at this point? It sorta snuck up on me, and I’m finding it hard to find any place I can join as the expert leader/mentor (these all seem to be either equity only positions or only really available for internal promotions… and I can’t work for solely equity right now due to $life_circumstances).I guess I could author (in anger) some libraries I wished existed as a starting point.

       @ariadne @futurebird @FWA FWA was just the first furcon I could think of that was proximal to a Waffle House..... and I'm struggling to think of any furcons close to Waffle Houses without the Georgia problem. Colorado (Denfur), maybe?My joke was that tripping on shrooms at a Waffle House where people have arrived in fursuits is probably a rather excellent experience on shrooms. Especially if they let you pet them and their fur texture is nice.

       @ariadne @deviantollam I guess the biggest thing fucking me up is that I’ve been through TUL, CLT, DFW, and ATL and never got this kind of violence. The TUL agent talked HRT with me, even!This might be the first time I’ve experienced violence against me for being trans. Idk.
