       Something is certainly fucked with the video.  1. That seems like a lot of weight on his tricep pushdowns considering he then proceeds to struggle curling 10lbs.  2. Look at the reflection of the rope in the mirror, you can't see him at all.  Possibly caused by the angle but it looks manipulated. 3.  That dumbbell looks too big to be 10lb unless the polyurethane coating is giga-thiccc
