Just seen a spectacular meltdown from someone who barely follows anyone, doesn't engage with anyone, and just broadcasts rage-farm content, saying genocide is the fault of people on Fedi for not faving their post so they're leaving. There is a very very small but definite voice in my head telling me that instead of going on a walking adventure next week when my fam is away, that *maybe*..... just *maybe* it might be tremendous fun to catch a train to Gloucester, walk to Coopers Hill, and then hurl myself down it after some cheese.

ADVICE PLEASEI have been enormously clever and managed to semi-plan and book a 2-day solo walking 'holiday'/break. Hurrah! Only now it appears that the temperature is going to be 33°(91.4°f). It occurs to me that this might be actually a bit dangerous and that as I'm by myself in the middle of nowhere it could be problematic. Day one is a 5.5 hour walk (14.7 miles) from station to accommodation. Day two I was going to do a bunch of exploring and then walk back. But I'm wondering now if actually even just doing 15 miles might be a little extreme. Thoughts please!
