Several NT writers reference the Book of Enoch either directly or indirectly. I believe Paul is referencing that women had relations with the angels and that is the reason for our universal shame as women.

I do wonder if the Serpent in the Garden story is saying Eve had sex with Satan. Eating fruit is used as an allegory for sex in Song of Solomon and the Epic of Gilgamesh. It's an interesting perspective.
